Job Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities
•Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
•Strong interpersonal skills and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and tasks
•Ability to get along with coworkers and work in a team environment
•Treating all with respect and professionalism
•Motivate team members
•Ability to Multitask
•Lead by example (work with team members)
•Maintain the mold setter work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
•Handle molds and equipment according to written procedures and in a safe manner at all times
•Load and unload molds from IMM
•Maintain mold storage areas in clean and orderly manner
•Perform minor water leak repairs and clean up duties
•Transport molds from floor to press and press to floor using crane or forklift when needed
•Prioritize mold change activities and adherence to scheduling needs
•Ensure on-time completion of mold changes and mold change check sheet
•Properly operate a Crane and or Forklift when needed
•Maintain clean, orderly work environment (on and around all presses and storage areas)
•Perform related duties as assigned by the lead person, supervisor and/or department manager
•Available to work overtime when needed
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Requirements
•Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
•Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and follow safe work procedures and always wear personal protective equipment as required.
•Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely and be able to stand for long periods of time
•Must be certified to operate a crane/hoist
