Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Dispatcher, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely medication delivery to our valued clients. Be part of a dedicated team in Hayward, CA, committed to enhancing patient care through efficient pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule medication deliveries to skilled nursing facilities.
Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and nursing facility personnel.
Monitor and manage delivery routes for optimal efficiency.
Assist in resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all dispatch operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to nursing facilities and patients.
Collaborate with pharmacists to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare logistics is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
