Come be a part of the most innovative agency around.Clinical Supervisor / BCBA Overview : TASKids is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or an individual actively pursuing BCBA certification, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a talent for supervising, motivating, and training staff in a hands-on, supportive manner. We pride ourselves on promoting from within, and we’re looking for someone who excels at helping others to reach their full potential.This role requires excellent communication, organization, report writing, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and time management abilities.Job Responsibilities : Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists
Collaborate with clients, guardians, and treatment teams to establish and meet clinical goals
Provide parent consultations and direct supervision
Provide in-the-moment, and on-going, modeling and training for therapists in ABA techniques
Monitor and support program implementation in clinic and / or field settings
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
Determine and implement effective behavioral intervention strategies
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client data, progress notes, and reports
Train and support families on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
Maintain a minimum of billable hours per month
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and write comprehensive reports
Prepare and present progress reports
Inspire, guide, and mentor clinical team members
Report directly to the Clinical Director Qualifications : BCBA® Certification preferred (or currently pursuing certification)
M.A. / M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Strong foundation in ABA principles and experience designing treatment programs for children of varying skill levels
Proven leadership and staff management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational abilities
Bilingual candidates are a plus Compensation & Perks : Flexible options : Full-Time Salary, Hourly Contract, or Per-Diem
