We are looking for a talented part-time Occupational Therapist for the school year to work 8 hours per week.

Hourly Rate Range: $49.00-$56.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans to support student independence and learning.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the learning environment.
• Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) regulations and IDEA guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Provide training and consultation to teachers and staff on strategies to support student independence.

Required Qualifications:

• Colorado State Occupational Therapy License
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License – Occupational Therapist
• Endorsement (required for school-based roles)NBCOT Certification (preferred)
• Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check (required per CDE guidelines)
