Position Overview
The Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual, group, and family therapy. This role oversees the full continuum of a client’s clinical experience. The Therapist works collaboratively with program leadership and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based care, clear communication, and positive treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Maintain documentation and complete all administrative tasks related to intake, treatment, and discharge.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, families, and treatment team members.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and support program planning with leadership.
- Provide updates on client progress and contribute to treatment team discussions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field, with active LCSW or LMSW licensure.
- Previous direct care and therapeutic experience working with children required.
- Experience supporting children or adolescents with acute emotional or behavioral challenges preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification; valid driver’s license required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software applications.
- This position requires strong clinical judgment,
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
