Join us as a Customer Experience Sales Advisor, where you will play a pivotal role in providing an unforgettable experience for our customers throughout their CarMax journey. You will guide and support customers with honesty and transparency, essential values that have propelled us to become the nation's largest retailer of used cars.

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from the initial sale through appraisals, test drives, and financing arrangements.
• Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments, accurately recording and sharing details necessary for customer appraisals.
• Check in and receive vehicles shipped to CarMax, ensuring inventory is scanned and reconciled daily.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle various administrative tasks, including daily reporting, managing transaction paperwork, liaising with finance companies, and auditing completed documents.
• Create service appointments and verify repair order invoices for retail work, ensuring all documentation is accurate for billing purposes.

Purpose of the role

In this dynamic retail sales environment, you will collaborate with a team to achieve goals and manage diverse customer interactions. Building rapport and understanding customer needs are essential. The role encompasses vehicle sales, processing paperwork, assessing vehicle conditions for appraisals, and managing repair orders. Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales and customer service experience, particularly in retail, is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
