Job Title: Academic Program Coordinator Job Location: Boston, MA 02118 Job Duration: 5 months+ (possibility of extension) Pay Rate : $15.00 - $20.00/hr. on W2 Job Description: Position Summary: The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to academic and departmental leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating events, supporting students and faculty onboarding, maintaining schedules and records, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and institutional requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment. Responsibilities: Event & Program Coordination: · Coordinate and support departmental events including Graduation Dinners, Research Day, Lunch & Learns, Guest Dinners, and Class Photo logistics. · Facilitate resident applicant interview processes, including scheduling and coordination. · Coordinate resident and faculty travel arrangements, including hotel accommodations and logistics.
