We're looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and can help customers understand their RV service needs in a clear and friendly way.

The employer has identified this position as a safety-sensitive position and requires pre-employment drug screening, including for non-psychoactive THC.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess RV and marine service needs
• Write repair orders and document customer concerns
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs
• Provide clear estimates for labor and parts
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and changes
• Ensure service work is properly completed and closed out
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or service advising preferred
• Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and documentation

Physical Requirements

• Stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Bend, kneel, or reach to inspect RVs
• Climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather

Compensation

• $48,000 to $60,000 salary annually based on experience
