The Omaha Country Club's Children Programming team is looking for dynamic, patient and coachable individuals to help build a remarkable summer experience for the Omaha Country Club Kids Camp

About the Program:

• This program will run from May 26th through July 31st
• Work Hours will be from 8:00 am to 4 pm
• Counselors are expected to be present for all weeks of camp
• Hiring for the position is also contingent upon one's ability to attend training and pass the background check.

Camp Counselors responsibilities:

• Create a healthy, safe and enriching environment for children in an outdoor setting
• Understand all rules, policies, and regulations, ensuring they are followed consistently
• Assist in planning and executing daily and weekly activities
• Work with parents in building positive relationships
• Understand safety and emergency procedures
• Maintain clean and safe campgrounds
• Assist kids throughout the day in preparing properly for activities
• Maintain, care for and properly store all supplies and equipment used in the camp

We are looking for Candidates who:

• Are 16 years of age or older
• Are reliable and available for the entire season
• Have great communication skills
• Are upbeat and ready to take initiative
• Are positive and team oriented
