We are seeking a Contract Administrator (CM Project Administrator) to join our Southern, CA team! Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive, manage, and maintain project documents.
- Respond to records requests; prepare project files and administrative records for final closeout and retention.
- Perform broad range of administrative duties, including procurements, billings, insurance,
badging, and compliance. - Work with project management team to ensure project compliance with client, city, state, and Federal contractual terms.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in relevant discipline such as Architecture, Engineering, Business, or Legal field.
- Experience with project management software, preferred
- Certifications for document control professionals, preferred
- Experience in the administration of commercial/government contracts, and with document processing and data management.
-0-5 years' experience for Junior Level
-5-10 years' experience for Mid-Level, and
-15+ years' experience for Senior Level
Compensation:
$30-$50 Hourly
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
