- As a Functional analyst, work with Product owners/SMEs of Call Center operations for leading life insurance company in US.
- Work with Product owners/SMEs to understand the business problem statement and create user stories for development team.
- As part of user stories, create the user flows and process flows using MS Visio.
- After the user stories are defined, refine them with the team and incorporate feedback from all the stakeholders.
- Help in creating the test cases/test data for the team.
- Once the development is completed, complete the functional testing of the user story to make sure all the functional aspects of the story is tested.
- Also help the UAT users with the test data creation and make sure the UAT is smooth for UAT users.
- Also help in triaging the defects/bugs coming from UAT team to make sure they are in scope and fixed on time to ensure the timely delivery for the project.
