We operate trucks and vans from coast to coast. As an Account Coordinator, you play a critical role in executing business for our clients. You’ll build relationships with clients and partner with Dedicated Account Leaders and the Capacity teams to ensure clients’ needs are met. You will leverage our proven processes and innovative technology platform to manage shipments and solve challenging problems for our clients.
Responsibilities : Respond to clients with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experienceCommunicate shipment updates proactively and accurately, ensuring a client-centric approachSchedule appointments via phone, email and company websiteTrack and trace shipments promptly to best serve our clientsAudit load information for accuracy and completionBuild and develop relationships with clients to ensure continued partnershipProactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencyAnalyze client inquiries and provide quality and timely insights and updates to your clientsRequired : High school equivalencyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated work styleThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-up skills with experience identifying and resolving problemsDemonstrated customer service etiquette, “grace under pressure,” active listening and commitment to excellenceAbility to establish priorities and manage multiple activities to meet deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy and flexibility to work effectively with carriers, management, various departments and clientsLight physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.
