Job Description:
Title: Account Associate - Commercial Lines
Fully remote role; must be available from 8-5 PST or MST.
Please note: Individuals residing within a 50-mile radius of a branch location may need to work onsite occasionally, in line with company policy. Our remote work policy also requires a dedicated, distraction-free workspace. This position is not a substitute for childcare, elder care, or other personal responsibilities during work hours.
About the Role: As an Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting the account team with daily administrative tasks and customer service needs, ensuring high standards in production and quality are met. Your responsibilities will include resolving routine issues, processing policies, and supporting the overall efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Support: Assist in the daily activities of the team, including reception and account assistance.
Office Support: Handle general administrative and office tasks efficiently.
Policy Processing: Manage endorsements and cancellations, process payments, and handle documentation such as ID cards and certificates.
Task Management: Reconcile billing discrepancies and support new and renewal business workflows.
Data Management: Keep agency systems updated with accurate information.
Activity Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
Communication: Maintain open lines with the account team regarding workload and any arising issues.
Service Excellence: Deliver proactive and responsive service to clients.
Performance Monitoring: Uphold productivity and quality standards in all tasks.
Promote Culture: Engage in team-building activities and foster a positive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
Thorough understanding of brokerage operations and client needs.
Active industry license required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
