Key Responsibilities
As a Hospice Liaison or Account Executive, you will generate new business opportunities for hospice care by exploring fresh markets, maintaining existing relationships, and guaranteeing coordinated care for referred patients. You will develop relationships with agency representatives, hospitals, medical professionals, and other referral sources while educating them about our hospice services. Daily interactions with patients, healthcare professionals, and community members will be essential for ensuring clear communication and documentation, all while collaborating closely with agency staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Your Qualifications
- A heartfelt desire to support patients and their families with compassion and dedication
- Education: At least an Associate Degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience in a health-related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably hospice
- Requirements: Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
