Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Consulting Customer Service/Key Account Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining and strengthening our client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful applicant will demonstrate a deep understanding of customer service principles and a passion for problem-solving. They will be positive, energetic, a self starter, and enjoy video meetings because while this role is fully remote, majority of your day is on camera! Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all key account related matters, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. 2. Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. 5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise. 6. Regularly review customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements to our products and services. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. 8. Conduct regular account reviews to track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. 9.
