Job Summary:

Are you an energetic, goal-driven professional with a passion for connecting people with technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your success directly contributes to company growth? Visual Edge IT is seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive new business, and deliver solutions that give our clients a competitive advantage.

This position offers a competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure, with additional bonus opportunities for top performers. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000+ annually, with no ceiling on your earning potential.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during customer interactions.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to position and present services to customers.
  • Develop new business through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage leads from marketing efforts and convert them into closed sales.
  • Build additional opportunities within existing accounts through Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Develop and deliver professional proposals and quotes for clients.
  • Achieve activity goals, including cold calls, appointments, and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota.
  • Participate in sales blitzes and company-wide initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and solve problems independently.
  • A team-oriented mindset with ownership of work performed.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and deliver clear, compelling solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous sales experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license required.

Visual Edge gives employees access to a 401k program and offers an employer match benefit. Visual Edge IT will match 100% of an employee's contribution up to the first 3% and will provide an additional 50% match on the next 2% of the employee contribution.
