Manager Notes:
- This position is onsite WHQ for the hybrid work schedule. Contract will likely be extended.
- Degree preferred, but not a hard requirement
- 2-4 years' experience required in a supply chain or operations role

- Previous experience with SAP also preferred
- ETW will assist team with order management, work with wholesale partners, help manage accounts, and work cross functionally across the organization
- Will work on a direct team of ~10 people; will work cross functionally with sales partners, DC partners, transportation team, and more
- HM anticipates 1 round of interviews
Build relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with the commercial strategy. Drive the process for incorporating the operations and supply chain areas (order management, deliveries, value-added services, etc.) into the overall customer management process, from customer strategic planning through in-season execution. Lead teams and customers to achieve mutually-agreed operations plans. Act as the voice of the customer to influence the capability development and service offerings. Manage and coordinate the implementation of operational capabilities and services with key customers Monitor and manage performance against service level agreements from our view and customer point of view.
