Account Management Team

This role is focused on enhancing client's technological health, efficiency, and security to bolstering profitability.

Core Skills & Competencies :

  • Solid technical and business management understanding
  • Robust communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in written communication
  • Aptitude for thriving in ambiguous situations and resolving conflicts
  • Grasp on networking and cybersecurity basics

Sales Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Client Technology Roadmap Creation :
  • Determine technology review outcomes, encompassing security measures, productivity enhancements, and future tech implementations.
  • Conduct budgetary discussions with clients, setting expectations and securing approvals.
  • Monitoring Client Experience & Issue Resolution :
  • Track potential client issues, liaising with service technicians or service managers for remediation.
  • Engage clients, ensuring understanding and managing expectations.
  • Sales Quotes & Project Management :
  • Handle new projects, service tickets, change orders, and actual rates projects. This includes scope determination, quotation creation, and client approval processes.
  • Service Agreement Negotiations :
  • Analyze client profitability, adjust pricing, and present agreement terms to clients.

    • Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $75,000.00
