You’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions for their needs. This role is all about building strong relationships, providing outstanding care, and contributing to our success. How you'll make an impact Manage a portfolio of accounts with simple to moderately complex needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Be the go-to contact for clients, addressing their member service and billing needs. Support Producers and Account Executives, stepping in when they’re unavailable. Request and maintain important plan documents from partner insurance carriers, vendors, and administrators. Input and maintain benefit plan data in our Agency Management system. Assist Producers and Account Executives with projects as needed. About You Required: Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. You’re client-focused and thrive on delivering excellent service. You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities. You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve goals. Experience in account management or insurance is a plus, but we’re happy to support your growth. You have an Ohio Life & Health insurance license. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position.
