BEIA (Business Express Insurance Agency) is a rapidly growing commercial insurance agency serving customers across 20+ states with industry-leading 5-star customer service ratings. We specialize in small business insurance with our trademark approach : "Insurance, the Express Way." We're seeking a client-focused Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with small business owners.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned book of business, managing client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Process policy changes and endorsements efficiently and accurately
- Manage policy renewals and conduct proactive coverage reviews to identify gaps
- Cross-sell additional coverages based on thorough understanding of client operations and risk exposure
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and bind new coverage
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on commercial insurance products including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Business Auto, Property, and specialty coverages
- Build strong relationships that turn clients into enthusiastic promoters of our agency
