Heres where you come in :
We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. Youll be working closely and assisting the Account Management team to service insuredsandmanage the execution of all aspects of the client renewalfor all types of tasks include maintaining accurate policy and insured information in our agency management systems(ErlonandEPIC).
Youre great at :
Ideally youll be well versed in customer service exercising excellent verbal and written communication. As an entry level position no insurance or surety experience is needed. You will also have strong reading comprehension and analysis skills. You will have a demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence preexisting knowledge in these applications while not mandatory will prove useful.
