Account Manager

To extend our mission, we also operate SmartAsset Advisor Marketing Platform (AMP), which helps connect consumers with fiduciary financial advisors.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of Financial Advisor accounts, managing high-priority clients and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing account performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for Financial Advisors.
- Strategically engage and retain clients by understanding their needs.
- Counsel Advisors on best practices to optimize SmartAsset campaigns.
- Lead high-priority client escalation calls, including negotiations.
