We are currently looking for a seasoned Oncology Account Manager who will excel in consultative customer engagement and possess a strong background in Oncology.
As an Oncology Account Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering contract and pricing information, identifying customer needs, and crafting strategic account plans that influence Community Oncology Clinics and other vital targets to adopt our client’s products.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Adopting a proactive approach to call objectives and utilizing digital tools effectively to meet customer needs
- Quickly adapting to new tools to enhance customer engagement and leveraging analytics to create insights and actionable plans
- Proactively developing and updating business plans to cover all customer types and opportunities in your territory
- Building and nurturing relationships with key contacts and opinion leaders within a diverse customer base
- Ensuring key stakeholders in your territory are educated and aware of our products across both public and private sectors
- Strategically partnering with large customers to inform health professionals about our offerings and resources
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong background in Oncology and Account Management is required
- Experience with Buy and Bill models is needed
- Preferred experience with GPO and Contract management
- Community Oncology experience is advantageous
- Proven experience with product launches and biologics is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive a solid account business plan
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving, analytical skills, and project management abilities
- Proven ability to persuade, engage, and influence stakeholders throughout the sales process
- A capacity to view ambiguity as an opportunity and navigate complex issues effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with collaboration skills that foster trust and build relationships
- Valid US driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards
- Willingness to travel overnight as necessary
