Position: Account Manager
Our client, an industry leader in HVAC, building automation, retrofit, energy efficiency, chiller, solar, refrigeration, and boiler services, is seeking to hire an Account Manager. The Account Manager's main responsibility is to build and maintain client relationships within a selected vertical market, with a focus on developing retrofit and energy-maximizing accounts in the building system arena. The successful candidate will start by selling lighter projects and maintenance agreements, gradually working towards larger projects.
Responsibilities:

- Analyze needs and system status
- Create proposals and present pricing and payment schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction and receivables follow-through

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales success in related building system or energy arena
- Relevant technical background
- Track record of account creation and retention
- Excellent presentation skills
- Initiative
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Financial and math acumen for cost modeling
