Pay: $135,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
Why This Is a Great Opportunity
- Sell design-forward architectural wall and ceiling solutions that architects actually want to specify
- Own a local territory in either Dallas or Miami and build real, long-term A&D relationships
- Work with an innovation-driven team that turns complex design intent into standardized, installable solutions
- Strong growth runway as the company expands its U.S. footprint (including a potential future Dallas office)
- Remote flexibility with the best part of field sales: client meetings, presentations, project pursuits, and wins
Location: Remote role. Must be based in either Dallas, TX or Miami, FL and able to travel locally for client meetings in your market.
Note: Must have 2+ years of experience selling and presenting to architects, be local to Dallas or Miami, and have permanent U.S. work authorization.
About Our Client
Our client is an innovation-driven architectural manufacturing partner that works closely with architects and contractors to translate design intent into beautiful, durable, easy-to-install architectural components. Theyre known for design-assist expertise, engineered solutions, and reliable lead times across commercial and retail projects.
Job Description
- Build and grow relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and key project stakeholders in your local market (Dallas or Miami)
- Proactively develop new business through outreach, networking, and targeted project pursuit
- Deliver engaging product presentations and lunch-and-learns to A&D firms and project teams
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities from discovery through proposal, pricing support, and close
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to align on specs, finishes, timelines, and client requirements
- Support bids, proposals, and pricing strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Track activity, forecasts, and follow-ups using CRM and monthly reporting
- Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in relevant industry events as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience selling to and presenting to architects (A&D), including product education
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills (spec-driven sales is a plus)
- Highly organized and comfortable working remotely with strong responsiveness and follow-through
- Experience with building products, architectural systems, walls, ceilings, interiors, exteriors, metals, millwork, or custom fabrication is a plus
- Ability to interpret drawings, plans, or technical details is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
Why You Will Love Working Here
Youll be trusted to run your territory like a business, backed by a team that loves solving real design and constructability challenges. If you enjoy being in front of architects, telling a compelling product story, and winning projects through credibility and follow-through, youll thrive here.
