Position Overview:
As an Account Sales Representative for Dusty Treat Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

In this role, you'll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Work alongside your offices team to ensure successful long lasting customer relations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Sales experience is preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
• Ability to effectively relate to the customer
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Able to anticipate customer needs
