Position Summary
As an Account Manager at Ease.io, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of enterprise manufacturing customers by driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by helping customers maximize value from EASE, identify improvement opportunities, and achieve measurable outcomes across quality and safety initiatives.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to strengthen long-term relationships, uncover new use cases, and execute strategic account plans that support renewals and growth. Position Location : Hybrid (Irvine, CA)
Salary : $200k+ OTE
What You'll Do :
- Identify and engage with prospective enterprise-level manufacturing clients while also maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and develop strategic account plans for current customers to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships not only with new prospects but also with key decision-makers within existing accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to drive continuous value.
- Deliver captivating product demonstrations and compelling presentations that showcase the value and benefits of our manufacturing software, leaving a lasting impression on both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with our passionate sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging your industry knowledge and insights to drive revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals, with a relentless focus on customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
