Job Summary
As an integral part of our team, you'll focus on generating new business revenue on a monthly basis. Our Account Executives receive comprehensive training in Salesforce, sales methodologies, business development, and more to help achieve individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of clients by prospecting and establishing partnerships with professionals in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, explore options from a diverse carrier portfolio, and offer tailored solutions to reduce their exposure to household risks.
Compensation Overview
The potential earnings for the first year range from $53,000 to $90,000, reflecting your personal performance. While our compensation package may vary by agency, it includes uncapped commissions for new business and renewal commissions for ongoing income. Additionally, top achievers have the chance to qualify for an exclusive President's Club trip.
Requirements
- Must pass the state licensing exam after hiring.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
