Job Description:
Title: Account Associate - Shared Services
This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM PST or MST time.
About the Role: As an Account Associate, you’ll be a crucial member of our account team, assisting with essential administrative tasks, responding to customer service inquiries, and ensuring we meet performance standards in both production and quality. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining accuracy and preventing errors that could lead to liability. You will resolve routine issues while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Support: Assist with daily functions of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant.
Office Support: Aid in general office administration and task management.
Policy Processing: Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, policy releases, invoices, finance agreements, summaries, loss runs, MVRs, ID cards, certificates, and binders.
Task Management: Identify and rectify billing discrepancies; review policy documents; facilitate new and renewal business workflows.
Data Management: Ensure accuracy and updates in agency systems.
Activity Monitoring: Track and confirm timely completion of assigned tasks and activities.
Communication: Keep team informed about workload status and emerging issues.
Service Excellence: Provide proactive and responsive service to clients.
Performance Monitoring: Adhere to productivity and quality standards.
Promote Culture: Engage in team-building activities and foster a positive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Seek out and implement best practices for enhancement.
Compliance: Stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Strong understanding of insurance brokerage and client needs.
Possess an active license.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Salary Range:
