We are seeking a Business Account Representative to help facilitate new and existing customer relationships.

This role requires a highly motivated individual driven to provide top of the line customer service and clear a path for our customers success. Responsibilities Process all customer orders Manage incoming customer queries escalating internally as needed, ensuring customer expectations and/or concerns are communicated clearly Point of contact for customers, provide a quick response to customer needs, communicate closely to meet customer expectations Data entry customer request and update orders into EnterpriseOne, communicate with Planning, shipping and management when needed to follow up on customer request, retrieve information for portal orders.

Work with planning for expedited orders, follow up with shipping for same day expedited shipments, edit documents for international shipments, and prioritize shipments.

Review any invoice discrepancies, shipment discrepancies, PO discrepancies and submit information to accounting when necessary.

Submit quote information to customers when required.

Requirements High School Diploma is required Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance (preferred) Minimum of 1 to 3 years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience preferred Strong communication skills both written and verbal Able to work in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office Tools – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Experience with tools such as Oracle, Agile, or other database systems Powered by JazzHR
