Account Executives @ Contract Wrangler:

The sales team at Contract Wrangler is a fun and fast-paced organization that is looking to invest and scale in 2020. We are looking for hard-working, smart, and passionate sellers who believe in our mission and technology. As an Account Executive, you will be coming in on the ground floor and help build the future of our sales team. This is not a role for someone that is looking to be handed a playbook and told to go grind. We are looking for future CEOs and business leaders that can be a great long term addition to our team. If you are looking to join a fast-growing startup, develop your sales and leadership experience to build something a world-class product, we are interested in hearing from you.

What you'll do:

  • Develop new business opportunities through partnering a dedicated BDR's prospecting within our target verticals and personas
  • Develop and execute a sales plan and strategy for your top tier accounts
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to contract-signing and beyond
  • Maintain and communicate an accurate sales forecast in Salesforce.com
  • Manage complex sales cycles to close net new logos and nurture developing accounts through a disciplined “land & expand” strategy
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to communicate key customer requirements needed to drive opportunities each quarter and scale our business
  • Work with the Customer Success team to identify and win upsell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to understand customer needs

Background Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota carrying enterprise software or technology sales experience
  • Consistent track record of over-achievement against the plan in past positions
  • Proven ability to close $25k-$50k deals across a wide range of industry verticals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
  • Drive pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasts
  • Proven ability to comfortably navigate C-Level discussions across both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, startup environment.

Background nice to have:

  • Experience selling to Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Procurement
  • Sales leadership experience
  • Sandler selling experience
