Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year; Salaried, non-exempt
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday; Hybrid (up to two days in office)

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close, processing, and reporting
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheets schedules
- Calculate and process monthly security deposit transfers
- Support new property setup, onboarding, and accounting integration
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives, including tracking projects to completion
- Aid in onboarding new policies and procedures
- Contribute to a positive company culture through collaboration, teamwork, and proactive support
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate
- Working knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Smartsheet or other project management software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds on occasion
