Role:

The Accounting Manager oversees accurate, timely financial reporting for assigned different entities while leading and supporting local accounting teams spread throughout the country. This role partners closely with local General Managers and leadership on budgeting, variance analysis, and financial performance, ensuring strong controls and audit readiness. It’s a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic analysis with meaningful impact across the organization and communities served.

Responsibilities:

• Perform, manage and supervise full cycle accounting and the full close process
• Prepare and monitor financial statements, dashboards, KPI's, pro forma reports, etc.
• Oversee monthly close and ensure accurate, timely financial statements for assigned locations in compliance with GAAP.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, working capital assessments, monthly financial reviews, etc.
• Partner with local leadership teams on internal controls, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
• Lead, train, and develop venue finance teams while strengthening controls, supporting audits, and improving financial processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• CPA or other certifications are highly preferred
• 4+ years of audit experience either within a large multi-entity organization and/or out of a public accounting firm

Travel Required:

There will be travel required up to 20% through the continental Typically, this is one or two overnight days per trip to regional locations/offices.
