What's Your Day Like?

As an integral member of the Finance team at Fourth Street Clinic, the Accounting Clerk will be at the heart of our daily financial operations! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys ensuring that every financial activity is in line with our policies and regulations. You'll be responsible for recording expenses and ensuring they are accurately coded to various programs and grants, all while fostering positive vendor relationships. Reporting to the Controller, you'll assist in maintaining precise financial records and managing the organization's cash flow, contributing directly to our mission of serving the community. A background in federal, nonprofit, or health center finance is preferred, along with an Associate's degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of four years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with familiarity with accounting platforms and systems, will be the keys to your success in helping us maintain impeccable financial records and manage cash flow effectively.

• Experience with accounting platforms and systems.
