What You Will Experience In This Position:

Code vendor invoices and verify correct general ledger account codes.

Maintain freight costs on current projects to ensure they are properly billed to the customer.

Accrue open invoices at month end when necessary.

Reconcile accounts to general ledger accounts as directed.

Generate month-end reports.

Assist with monthly closing.

Respond to inquiries from vendors and managers.

Participate in process improvement projects.

Perform other administrative tasks as directed.

You Have:

5+ years of relevant accounting experience; Business/Accounting degree preferred.

Strong attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Oracle experience preferred.

Project-based accounting a plus.
