• Teton Ridge is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations for our dynamic Sports division.
• This critical role ensures flawless financial reporting, maintains strict regulatory compliance, and provides essential support for financial strategy.

We are looking for a self-starter with a proven background in public accounting who is passionate about driving process efficiencies and able to apply sophisticated critical thinking to elevate the entire accounting function.

Join us and play a key role in the financial success of a groundbreaking Sports and Entertainment organization. What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for the Sports division, including generating financial statements, posting journal entries, general ledger.
• Manage month-end and year-end consolidation close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support ERP and financial system upgrades or implementations.

Work cross-functionally with other departments to support company goals and decision-making. What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in public accounting.
• CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Comfortable operating independently as part of a multi-entity Accounting function. Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in the Sports industry.
• Proficiency with NetSuite.
