Schedule: Monday–Friday, typical hours 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (flexible within 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Pay: $21–$25/hr, DOE

Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing and provide top-notch support to our sales team and national accounts. This role is perfect for someone organized, analytical, and skilled in order management and customer communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer calls and emails regarding orders, pricing, and delivery
  • Enter and manage orders in ERP systems
  • Track order fulfillment and prepare reports
  • Work closely with Sales, Shipping, Accounting, and other departments
  • Support Inside Sales Manager with pricing and tariff information

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; BS in Business or similar preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or accounting (1-2 years)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
