We are looking for an International Accounting Manager to join our International Accounting Team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, International Accounting and is a key contributor to the monthly close process and operational administration with focus on non-US accounting operations.

You Will:

• Perform general accounting functions across several jurisdictions, including monthly close, review of/record global subsidiary financial reports, preparing and recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations and fluxes.
• Coordinate with foreign entities' accountants for monthly financial reporting and operational activities.
• Review cost-plus calculations, relevant intercompany entries and support international tax structure compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audit and tax requests including preparation of supporting reports and documentation.
• Assist with compliance of local and international accounting regulations, including various filings, reporting requirements, and statutory deadlines.
• Perform SOX controls over assigned areas.
• Develop solutions for process improvement.
• Help with ad-hoc projects, which may include implementing a variety of accounting related software solutions.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance (or related degree).
• 5+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 or professional services background and CPA is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions).
• Experience using Netsuite is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize/balance multiple tasks in order to meet team goals and deadlines.
• Willingness to contribute beyond the defined role to meet our needs as circumstances require.
• Critical thinking skills to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• An eye for detail; you triple check your work to ensure accuracy of accounting records.

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
