Location: Irving, TX (near 114/Beltline)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Overtime may be required during the week and occasionally Saturdays from 7:00 AM 11:00 AM.
Position Overview
Auto-finance company is seeking a detail-oriented Support Specialist to assist with administrative and processing functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update changes and extension processing in internal systems
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Post checks and verify payment information
- Review, process and update customer credit disputes
- Complete daily reconciliation of transactions and prepare related reports
- Provide general administrative support to the processing team
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in Accounting, or prior accounting-related experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable performing repetitive processing and data entry tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous administrative, accounting, or data entry experience preferred
