Key Responsibilities

Monitor corporate card activity and ensure compliance with the Travel & Expense Policy

Review and code travel transactions, ensuring accurate assignment to GL accounts before exporting to NetSuite

Assist in processing vendor invoices and maintaining procurement documentation

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in accounting or administrative roles

Understanding of data flow between different accounting systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment

Experience with vendor maintenance and compliance processes
