Fred Haas Toyota Country is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage our warranty, receivables, and related schedules.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, including but not limited to :

  • Posting all warranty payments accurately and timely
  • Updating and maintaining A / R schedules
  • Reconciling all rebates (factory, finance, and other program rebates)
  • Handling all bank return items (NSF, returns, chargebacks, etc.)
  • Reconciling Inventory We Owes and ensuring items are completed and cleared
  • Reconciling warranty statements each month
  • Reconciling the Parts statement at month-end
  • Reconciling monthly A / R statements from lenders, warranty companies, and vendors
  • Reconciling all dealer reserves
  • Posting holdback statements and reconciling to the general ledger

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive dealership accounting / A / R experience preferred
  • Familiarity with warranty, CIT, service contract, rebate, and reserve processes
  • Experience with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred
  • Strong Excel and general computer skills preferred
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills when working with internal departments and outside vendors / lenders
