Were looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable / Credit Manager to lead our national AR and credit operations while building strong partnerships across our markets. This remote leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy collaborative environment enjoys improving processes and knows how to balance revenue growth with smart credit management. Youll lead a distributed team drive cash flow performance and play a meaningful role in supporting our sales and finance teams nationwide.

Responsibilities :

• Lead coach and develop a remote Accounts Receivable and Credit team fostering accountability growth and strong performance.
• Oversee all accounts receivable functions including billing cash application collections credit approvals adjustments and write-offs.
• Establish manage and enforce credit policies and approval processes that support revenue while managing risk.
• Monitor aging collection trends and key performance indicators; proactively address delinquent and high-risk accounts.
• Partner closely with Sales leadership and market teams to resolve billing issues support client relationships and drive timely collections.
• Ensure accurate timely billing in accordance with contracts company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting on month-end close reconciliations reporting and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements automation and best practices to increase efficiency and cash flow.
• Maintain strong internal controls and consistency across all markets and systems.
• Serve as a trusted subject-matter expert for AR credit and collections across the organization.
