The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company's dynamic
reporting needs by maintaining precise financial records, enabling informed decision-making.
This role is responsible for ensuring that all company invoices are processed and paid
accurately and in a timely manner. Key duties include processing invoices, reconciling vendor
statements, and maintaining open communication with vendors. This team member is detail-oriented,
well-organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.
COMPENSATION
This position has a competitive compensation package that is a combination of hourly base pay plus the potential for profit sharing paid quarterly after 1 year of employment.

HOURS
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewandprocessvendorinvoicesforpaymentintheaccountspayablesystem, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitorandmanageaccountspayableemails,respondingpromptlytovendorinquiries and requests.
- Set up new vendor accounts within the ERP system and complete vendor credit applications.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors, addressing any concerns or discrepancies.
- Reviewvendorstatementstoidentifyandresolvemissinginvoicesorreconcilingitems.
- Process virtual credit card payments on vendor portals.
- Assist with weekly payment processing.
- Support the preparation of tax form1099 for applicable vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
