Job Title : Accounts Payable Manager
Position Location : Raleigh, NC. Hybrid Position, must live locally.
Job Summary :
The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for the people, processes, and workflows of accounts payable and serves as the financial operations leader responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining an efficient accounts payable function. With a focus on automation of processes, team leadership, and continuous improvement, it ensures coding accuracy; oversees prepaid assets, accrued liability, and fixed assets; and manages vendor relationships.
As a key contributor to the Coastal team, your responsibilities will be :
(50%) Own the end-to-end accounts payable function :
- Develop the operating model and performance standards to ensure all invoices and expenses are entered accurately and efficiently into the Concur system.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AP automation tools.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contract / purchase order alignment to ensure accountability for both vendors and Coastal.
(20%) Serve as the Concur SME :
