• Verify and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable activities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to address payment inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities by providing relevant accounts payable data.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and managing invoice processing workflows.
• Familiarity with conducting check runs and reconciling accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleagues.
• Competence in using accounting software and tools.
