What You’ll Do:

Manage full monthly accounting cycles, including A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations, and compliance filings.
Clean up and maintain client books to a professional standard.
Interpret and explain financial information clearly, with accuracy and empathy.
Oversee client accounts and potentially lead others, ensuring timely and thorough service delivery.
Partner with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a technician.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting + 2 years’ experience, or 7+ years of progressive experience at an accounting firm.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Desktop & Online).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A love of details, structure, and process improvement.
Self-discipline and follow-through - with or without supervision.
A team-first attitude and commitment to mutual success.

Bonus Points For:

QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification.
Experience with platforms like Jetpack, Gusto, Swizznet, and POS systems.
Comfort with budgeting, forecasting, or accounting systems setup.
