Prepare customer invoices and assist with collection efforts

Communicate with project managers and customers to resolve billing discrepancies

Assist with month-end close activities and identify areas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Experience with Netsuite, OpenAir, or similar ERP systems

Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organized
