Current Need: Our Strategic Accounts Team is growing. The Reporting Specialist role is customer driven and works directly with contract administration, account managers and sales in supporting account activity. Our ideal candidate is currently located within an hour of Richmond, VA or the state of Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent internal customer support while managing contract issues and communication for Strategic Accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact to internal stakeholders, while managing day-to-day contract activities for several multi-million-dollar large accounts for McKesson Medical-Surgical.
  • Partner closely with account managers, contract administration, sales and project management teams to support assigned accounts.
  • Proactively monitor, validate and communicate changes within contract activity
  • Assist to ensure that 100% of all Health Systems or Strategic Account ship to locations are added to the primary GPO roster with correct parent/system within 90 days of creation (detailed documentation of delays)
  • Collaborate with GPO and supplier partners to drive consistent eligibility across bill to and ship to accounts

Specialized Remote Training Program:

  • Training is conducted remotely and is typically completed in 2 weeks (Monday through Friday)
  • This customized training program consists of systems training, as well as shadowing and learning different types of reporting to maintain customer membership and contract health

Minimum Requirements Requires 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Required / Basic Qualifications:

  • Must currently live near Richmond VA or in the state of Florida
  • 1+ years' experience in account management, administrative sales support and/or customer service
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Excel - Pivots, VLOOKUPS)
  • Proven successful in reviewing and analyzing data/reporting to identify potential issues or concerns
  • Experience with contract management
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritization skills: balancing multiple competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Energetic self-starter with a passion for analytics in a customer driven environment
  • Strong abilities in seeking out and finding information when answers are needed
  • Attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred

Education:

  • HS Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $22.14 - $36.90
