Position Overview :

Embark on an exciting journey with us as an Acquisition Manager, where you will spearhead the acquisition of real estate fix and flip and rental properties. Leveraging your expertise, you will navigate auction, off-market, and wholesaler channels, ensuring our company meets and exceeds its sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and manage cutting-edge CRM software for off-market property acquisition.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing channels, meticulously analyzing ROI conversions and managing the marketing pipeline.
  • Cultivate incoming leads, negotiate contracts, and assess property values to secure distressed properties from motivated sellers.
  • Conduct property walkthroughs, drive-by inspections, and comprehensive property analyses for upcoming auctions.
  • Negotiate effectively with sellers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, resolving legal issues, and managing the closing process for seamless transactions.
  • Estimate property values based on thorough market research and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with purchase contracts.
  • Engage in negotiations with potential buyers to achieve equitable outcomes on behalf of sellers.

Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of experience in off-market property acquisition management, specializing in distressed property acquisitions.
  • Proficiency (1-3 years) in CRM utilization for off-market property acquisition and marketing lead generation.
  • Ideally, 1+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, market analysis, or real estate sales.
  • Passion for real estate asset selling and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for setting and closing appointments over the phone.
