Land Acquisition Analyst will assist/manage the creation of the land investment packages (white books). Prepare market analyses of competition communities, product, pricing, sales, traffic, etc., for identified market areas and for specific acquisition opportunities. This includes visits to competitive communities; telephone surveys to competition communities; preparing competition graphs, maps, and product and standard features comparison. Prepare financial FMS analyses of acquisition opportunities (including proformas, P&L, proforma assumptions, cash flows, ROI, etc.). This includes obtaining construction costs and Area costs from the Purchasing Department for base house costs and options.
Job Experience & Education Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent related experience. Strong Excel and FMS proforma training. Ability to work/apply mathematical concepts.
